Brine Studios Inc., doing business as Make Measure ("we," "our," or "us"), operates the Make Measure platform and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Make Measure is a creative strategy platform for paid media teams. The Service provides tools for campaign strategy, creative development, project management, content publishing, and performance measurement. The Service integrates with third-party advertising and social media platforms via their official APIs to retrieve and display performance data and to publish content on your behalf when you initiate such actions.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately at hello@makemeasure.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service is organized around workspaces. Workspace administrators control membership, permissions, and connected integrations. You are responsible for managing access to your workspace and ensuring that all members comply with these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store within the Service, including text, images, videos, files, and project data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
When you connect third-party advertising or social media accounts, you authorize us to access data from those platforms via their official APIs. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. We access and use this data solely to provide the Service. We comply with all applicable platform developer terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy, TikTok Marketing API Terms of Service, and Pinterest Developer Terms.
When you use the Service to publish content to connected platforms, you are responsible for ensuring that the content complies with the terms and policies of the destination platform. We facilitate the publishing action you initiate but do not review or approve your content for compliance with third-party platform policies. Published content is subject to the terms of the platform where it is posted.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Make Measure and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. Your content remains yours as described in Section 5.
The Service includes AI-powered features that process your workspace content to provide recommendations, analysis, and creative assistance. AI processing is performed by third-party providers (Anthropic) under contractual obligations to protect your data. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by you before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make Measure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that third-party platform integrations will function without interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Make Measure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
