Brine Studios Inc., doing business as Make Measure ("we," "our," or "us"), operates the Make Measure platform and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you join a workspace, we collect your role and workspace membership details.
Workspace Content. We store content you and your team create within the platform, including text, images, files, and project data. This content belongs to you.
Connected Advertising Account Data. If you choose to connect third-party advertising accounts (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads), we access data from those platforms on your behalf via their official APIs. This includes:
We access this data in read-only mode. We do not modify your advertising accounts, campaigns, or ad creative unless you explicitly initiate an action within the Service. We do not collect payment information, billing details, or audience list data from connected advertising platforms.
Workspace Activity Data. As you use the Service, we collect structured records of your workspace activity, including project decisions, content revisions, production timelines, and how your campaigns perform over time. We use this data to improve the intelligence and relevance of the Service for your workspace. This data is stored within your workspace and is not shared with other users in identifiable form.
Usage Data. We collect standard usage information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature usage patterns to improve the Service.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your content or connected account data to train machine learning models. Your data is yours.
We do not sell your personal information or advertising account data to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers. We use third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase), authentication, and data storage. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.
AI Processing. Portions of your workspace content and historical workspace activity may be processed by third-party AI services (Anthropic) to provide intelligent features within the platform. The AI provider does not retain your data beyond the duration of each request. However, Make Measure stores structured summaries derived from your workspace activity and uses these summaries as context when generating recommendations for your workspace. This means the Service becomes more relevant to your team's specific patterns over time. These summaries are workspace-specific and are not shared with other users.
Aggregated Benchmarks. We may use anonymised, aggregated data from across the platform to generate performance benchmarks and pattern insights. This data is stripped of any identifying information before aggregation. No individual workspace's campaigns, content, or strategies are visible to other users. You may opt out of contributing to aggregated benchmarks in your workspace settings at any time without affecting your use of the Service.
Advertising Platforms. When you connect an advertising account, we communicate with that platform's API to retrieve your performance data. We do not share your data with these platforms beyond what is necessary to authenticate your connection. Our use of data received from advertising platform APIs adheres to each platform's applicable developer terms and data use policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy, and TikTok Marketing API Terms of Service.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, with data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Connected advertising account data is stored in the same infrastructure and subject to the same encryption and access controls. We enforce row-level security policies so that workspace data is accessible only to authenticated members of that workspace. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry-standard practices for access management and credential handling.
We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active.
Connected advertising account data is retained for as long as the relevant advertising account remains connected to the Service. If you disconnect an advertising account, we delete the associated performance data within 30 days. If you delete your Make Measure account, all connected advertising account data is deleted within the same 30-day period.
Account and workspace data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
We do not retain advertising account data after it is no longer necessary to provide the Service.
